Adam Haglund, LCSW
Adam Haglund is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently practicing in Pittsburgh within a private setting. He earned his bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and Religious Studies from The New School University in New York City. During his pursuit of a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, he initially attended Fordham before completing his studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Adam has been an active member of the Pittsburgh community since 2018.
Adam has experience as a service coordinator for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. He also has worked with Autistic adults and people with developmental disorders. After relocating to Pittsburgh, Adam gained valuable experience in in-patient dual diagnosis rehabilitation (substance use and psychiatric disorders) for adults and worked at an outpatient clinic at UPMC Western Psych.
Furthermore, Adam has enhanced his knowledge of psychoanalytic psychotherapy by attending and successfully completing Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training at the Pittsburgh Psychoanalytic Center.
Adam is currently open to new patients in his private practice.
